We want you to love every Sidvion product. If something is not right, we are here to make it easy.

Initiate Your Return
Email us at sidvionoverseas@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp within 30 days of delivery. Share your order number and reason for return.

Pack It Up
Repack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and invoice included. Ensure it is unused and sealed.

Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the product, we process your refund or send the replacement within 5 to 7 business days.

Return Policy Details

Eligible for Return

  • Unused, unopened products in original sealed packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery date
  • Products with manufacturing defects or damage in transit
  • Wrong item delivered by us

Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, or swatched products cannot be returned unless there is a proven manufacturing defect. This applies to lipsticks, kajal, eyeliners, face products, and all makeup categories.
  • Products returned beyond the 7-day window
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags
  • Damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Prepaid orders: 5-7 business days to card/UPI. COD orders: store credit or bank transfer within 7-10 days.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different shade or product, please return the original item and place a fresh order. Return shipping for eligible items is on us for the first return per order.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a full replacement or refund with no questions asked.
