Return Policy Details
Eligible for Return
- Unused, unopened products in original sealed packaging
- Returned within 7 days of delivery date
- Products with manufacturing defects or damage in transit
- Wrong item delivered by us
Not Eligible for Return
- Products returned beyond the 7-day window
- Items without original packaging or missing tags
- Damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Prepaid orders: 5-7 business days to card/UPI. COD orders: store credit or bank transfer within 7-10 days.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different shade or product, please return the original item and place a fresh order. Return shipping for eligible items is on us for the first return per order.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a full replacement or refund with no questions asked.
