Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your product and shade, add to your bag, and checkout. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at sidvionoverseas@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified.
Is payment secure on your site?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never store your card details.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) typically receive orders in 2-3 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 attract a flat ₹60 shipping charge. COD orders have an additional ₹50 COD fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. COD refunds are transferred to your bank account within 7-10 days.

Products

Are products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All Sidvion products are dermatologically tested and formulated to be gentle on Indian skin. If you have a specific condition or allergy, please check the full ingredient list on the product page before purchase.
Are Sidvion products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes! We are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals and our formulations are free from animal-derived ingredients.
How do I find my right shade?
Use our online shade finder on each product page, or message us on WhatsApp with a clear selfie in natural light. Our beauty advisors will guide you to the perfect match, free of charge.

My Account

Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive member offers.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime at sidvion-3.myshopify.com/pages/track-order.
