Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then standard transit is 3–5 business days. Metro cities usually receive orders in 2–5 business days, other cities and towns in 3–7, and remote areas in 5–10.

Shipping is free on orders over ₹600. Below that a flat ₹150 applies. Your exact shipping charge is calculated and shown before payment at checkout.

Because these are cosmetics, opened or used products cannot be returned. We accept a return or replacement only if the wrong product was delivered, the product arrived damaged, an item is missing, or there is a manufacturing defect. Raise it within 48 hours of delivery, with the product unused and in its original packaging — an unboxing video may be requested.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders the refund is transferred to the bank account you share with us.

Our Mattifying Primer and True Impact Foundations are dermatologically tested. Every product page lists what that product is tested for under Skin suitability. If you have a known allergy or a skin condition, patch-test on the inner arm first, and email us before you order if you need the full ingredient list.

Our Color Fantasy palette, 2-in-1 Eyeliner & Mascara and True Impact Foundations are cruelty-free, and the Super Stay Kajal is vegan. Each product page states what applies to that product under Skin suitability.

Every foundation page lists the skin tone that shade is built for — Shade 01 for medium to wheatish, Shade 02 for fair to light, and Shade 03 for very fair to light. Shade preference is not a valid reason for return, so message us before you order if you are unsure and we will help you pick.
